    Hi I pre-ordered Halo Wars Ultimate Edition on the 28th of January but no code for HW DE has been sent to my messages even when it's been over 7 -10 days. Can anyone help me out? Thank you.

    When did you purchase Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition? The Halo Wars: Definitive Edition code will be sent to you 7-10 days after purchasing Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition. If it has not been 10 days after purchasing, hang tight and post back here if you do
    not receive a code after waiting 10 days.

    10th day since halo wars 2 ultimate buy and still no halo war 1 code

    I bought the halo wars 2 ultimate edition game 10 days ago and still didnt recived my code for the halo wars 1 definite edition, so i would be glade if it is possible to get my key today, like your rules when you buy it say within 7-10 days. Hope for help.

    You should receive a code for the Definitive Edition about 7-10 days after you ordered Halo Wars 2. If it's been over 10 days, post back so support can get you the code.
