Halo Wars DE (like everyone else)

When I purchased the Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition, I never thought to check if there might be a delayed delivery service on a digital item. Why would I? It's a computer system, why can't it just give me the download or at least the code instantly like it
always has for years? ****, it even downloaded files for the game! First, I was surprised to see my purchase hadn't come out of my bank. I saw the files download, so I wasn't sure what had happened. When I read the details on the game I saw that it will come
out "up to 10 days before release"... why? I bought it that day specifically to get the DE to play until 2 was released, and I expected to be charged right then, as I have been for every pre-order I've ever made on Xbox. Second, I noticed at this time that
there was a 7-10 day waiting period for the Original Halo Wars Definitive Edition. Again, WHY? So stupid. So here I am, holding onto money that I assumed, with reason, would be already allocated to the purchase, and no Definitive Edition which was the only
reason I ordered when I did.

Insult to injury, I have a few friends who pre-ordered through GameStop or Amazon, or another third party and they all got their codes immediately right there on the receipt. Just to double check, one of my buddies bought the pre-order online with GameStop,
and within minutes had the code and was able to download and play the Definitive Edition. This is a STRONG push for me to buy my games outside of the Microsoft Store. And, it really makes me think, why would the process be any different? If anything, why isn't
it instant with the MS store, but delayed with third parties? It's backwards, right?

At any rate, all I want is my code so I can start playing before Halo Wars 2 gets here. It's the whole reason I pre-ordered that edition. If I'm not going to get my code until 2 comes out, I might as well cancel my order and go buy it elsewhere, or just wait
and buy the regular version later.

Halo Wars 2 PC Downloade

Hello xbox support. Have a problem with the downloads of Halo Wars 2. When I try to download the game ,Starts the download always new or breaks off . No matter how much gb, 2,6,8,25. Without error. I really do not know what else to do.

Missing Halo Wars DE code

I pre-ordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition on December 19th and still have not received my Halo Wars DE code. I was told everyone who pre-ordered before Dec 20th should have received their code already and if they havent to contact support.

Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition Pre-Order page:



The codes for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition will be delivered to your Xbox message center in 7-10 days from pre-order, beginning December 20, 2016



So if you don't have your code after 10 days from your date of pre-order, feel free to post up a new thread and we'll look into it then.
