Halo Wars 2: Ultimate - Missing Welcome to the ark and Isabel Pack

Hey, my name is Rami. I pre-ordered Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition from Amazon and they did not send me a code for Welcome to the ARK and Isabel pack. I called them and they told me they forgot to send it and to wait 24 hours. After those 24 hours I called
again and they told me to wait again. I have been doing this for over a week and they have not given me my codes. I paid for these and I literally don't know what else to do at this point. It's really getting out of hand and I just want what I paid for. I
have proof of purchase and I will provide anything else you could possibly need. I just want this fixed. Thank you.

Haven't received the Welcome to the Arc and Isabel Pack DLC for the pre-ordered halo wars 2 ultimate

edition.

I pre-order the Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition. I installed the game content as directed. When I went to play the Halo Wars definitive edition it redirected me back to the store and says that I need to purchase the Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition bundle...
When I go to each individual item in the store (Halo Wars 2, Isabel pack, Leader forge, Welcome to the Ark) it all allows me to download them, but the definitive edition redirects back to the purchase page.

Very sorry to hear about the issue. Since that was an exclusive offer through Amazon, and not through the Xbox Store, you will need to continue reaching out for further assistance. We do not have access to codes for that content here on the Xbox Forums.

I have called them day by day and this issue still has not been solved. It wasn't just an exclusive offer from amazon, the Xbox store offered the same content as well.

 

My apologies, I got confused with the Captain Cutter Pack. As mentioned on the

Halo Wars 2 FAQ, Welcome to the Ark specifically has not been released yet, and the content you see on the Xbox Store is a place holder.

As for the Isabel Pack, that is received by pre-ordering through the Xbox Store. Since you pre-ordered through Amazon, you should have received the Captain Cutter Pack. If you haven't received the Captain Cutter Pack, Amazon should be able to help locate
that pack for you.

Oh I see now. But then the issue is that it doesn't even say I own Welcome to the Ark. Whereas I know people who have it downloaded in their "manage games" section.

 

Do you have the Season Pass installed? As long as the Season Pass is installed, you'll be good to go for future content that is released. Since there's currently little information regarding that specific DLC and future DLC for Halo Wars 2 that we can share,
the safest bet will be to hold on until that content is released.

If you don't see the Season Pass in your 'Manage game' page for Halo Wars 2, post back and let us know!

 

Okay. I don't see the season pass in "manage game" but when I go into the store it DOES say I own it.

 

Perfect, as long as the Xbox Store acknowledges that you own the season pass for Halo Wars 2, you should be set for when additional content is released. If you happen to run into issues obtaining this content when it's released, please keep us posted.
