    Halo Wars 2 Ultimate edition not downloading the included content


    I recently bought Halo Wars 2 Ultimate edition off the online store and when I went to download the definitive edition and season pass it wasn't available. Also I purchased this game 7 days ago and have not received any codes to download my missing content.

    Halo Wars Definitive edition not unlocked with Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition purchase

    My PC copy of Halo Wars Definitive edition is not unlocked even though I purchased Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition and it's included. Is there an additional code that I need to enter?

    yes but i paid $88 for the ultimate version and it should have inluded all the released content now i have to pay $22 more for the expansion thats why im mad they released the Complete edition for $20 cheaper that includes all released content.

    halo wars 2 ultimate edition includes Halo wars DE. You should be able to find and download the game under ready to install on my games and apps on your xbox one!

    On PC check the Halo app or the Download and install page on the store!

    That screenshot indicates that you already own the game. Codes were only sent out during the pre-order period for Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition. Now, all digital purchases for Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition include the digital version of Halo Wars: Definitive
    Edition. If the game is showing up in your library already, there is no need for a code.

    Are you able to try downloading the game through the Halo app on the Windows Store? Within the Halo app, select the controller icon and see if it allows you to download the game through that menu.
