Hi, I need help locating my code to play halo wars definitive edition. Where would it be located? And would you need anything like email/order number? Would love the help please! If it had been issued can i have it re-issued please?

I didn't recieved my code for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition, and I purchase Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition

 

The code would be sent you via a message over Live about 7-10 days after your purchase. If it's been over 10 days, support can resend the code to you.

 

I'm having the same issue. I heard it takes 7 days to receive the code. Any way you can expedite?

 

The 7-10 days is the terms of the offer. There is no way to have the code sent any sooner.

 

Would i be able to ask for it within that allotted time, meaning after 7 days but before 10?

 

You can ask, but support won't send the codes unless you don't receive them after 10 days. So you'll have to wait the full 10 days to see if you receive the codes first.
