    Halo Wars 2 twitter skin promotion not working


    The Halo Wars 2 UNSC Camo Skin that you acquired by playing a twitter game used as a promotion for Halo Wars 2 is not working. I have been told that the code is broken and needed to post here to get it fixed.

    Hi, I got the twitter code from a while back for the halo wars 2 twitter fight thing I entered it a long time ago and still don't have any skins! I would like to see if this could be rectified please! huge halo wars 2 lover and been really upset my skin

    Halo Wars 2 Promotional Skins

    Hey there, swfreak!

    I'm sorry to see any frustrations! Based on the
    Waypoint forums    , it looks like you would receive the Banished special skin code through the legendary crates, and only the UNSC camo skin was available through Twitter. Also from that thread, you would need the Banished skin in order to use the UNSC skin.
    You will want to reach out to those that provided the skin code over Twitter (or Reddit, since I know they're there, too) to see if there's an issue with the skin itself. We wouldn't be able to assist with this promotion since it's not something we ran through
    Xbox Live messages.

    The thing is that the Community Manger told me that I should come here to get a replacement for my code which acording to him, was probably one of the corrupted/Invalid ones. I would assume that he sending me here implies that the option is enabled and
    the faq hasn't been updated to say so.
