Halo wars 2 missing DLC from season pass problem

Hello,

I recently purchased the disc version of Halo wards 2: ultimate edition. It comes with a disc for halo wars 2 and a code which contains halo wars: definitive edition plus the halo wars 2 season pass. For reference, the halo wars 2 season pass is supposed
to contain:

-Commander Jerome Leader Pack

-Colony Leader Pack

-Serina Leader Pack

-Yap Yap Leader Pack

-Sergeant Johnson Leader Pack

-The Arbiter Leader Pack

-Kisano Leader Pack

-Operation: Spearbreaker

After entering my code, I received halo wars: Definitive edition plus the Kisano Leader Pack. I did not receive any of the other DLC in the halo wars 2 season pass. I contacted xbox support about this, and we went spent well over an hour troubleshooting
the issue, including looking up the DLC online, setting my xbox as my home xbox (which did not help in any way but still wasted one of my three remaining switches) to no avail. They said that my account had the licenses for all of the DLC, but I am still not
able to access ANY of the DLC except for halo wars: definitive edition and the Kisano leader pack. When I go to the store, only Halo wars: Definitive edition plus the Kisano Leader Pack shows up as purchased, every single other bit of DLC is available for
purchase.

They said to contact he developer. I will contact creative assembly and ask for help.

Has anyone else had this problem? I just want to be able to access the DLC which I paid for.

EDIT: I have already checked the manage game and add ons/ready to install section, nothing is there.

Do you have the Season Pass installed? As long as the Season Pass is installed, you'll be good to go for future content that is released. Since there's currently little information regarding that specific DLC and future DLC for Halo Wars 2 that we can share,
the safest bet will be to hold on until that content is released.

If you don't see the Season Pass in your 'Manage game' page for Halo Wars 2, post back and let us know!

Same problems, and not only Gears of War console bundle contencty pack is missing but also season pass and all other DLC's too...

Okay. I don't see the season pass in "manage game" but when I go into the store it DOES say I own it.

In regards to this issue, you are not alone. It is a known issue, as I have a friend that experienced the exact issue. However I did notice some discrepancies on what you explained in your description of your interaction with the agent.

In my friends instance, when they looked into his account, according to him, they did not see the season pass content in his account.

However I do believe that you are entitled to the content that was described in the product details of your game.

This may have been a misprint, or perhaps there was some sort of inconsistencies between the retailer and Microsoft, but rest assure, I have a very good feeling that if you

contact customer support you should be able to get some better assistance.

Here is a step-by-step guide to get ahold of them:

Log into Support.Xbox.com
Scroll down, Click on Contact Us

Step 1: Click on Ask a Question
Step 2 : Select your Product
Step 3 : Select your Issue
Select – Call me back

Be sure to provide proof of purchase for them by having either a digital receipt of your purchase or a picture of your receipt. You will also need a picture of your pre-paid code [front and back] so that you can supply this to them upon
request.

If you have checked everything with support all you can do is contact the game developer to pursue this issue further.
