Halo Wars 2 Installation stopped error for nearly 3 months now. Still cannot play

For nearly 3 months now, since awakening the nightmare dlc came out for halo wars 2, many people including me have had installation stopped errors when trying to install the game. I have done everything imaginable to try and get this game to work. Here are
just a few of the things i have attempted:

1. Console factory reset
2. Clear MAC IP address
3. Remove profile and add it back
4. Restart router
5. Change network to install on
6. Uninstall and reinstall the game
7. Refund the game and try to purchase it again

I am just bothered that the only source of information i can get about updates on this problem is through an inaccurate forum post on the halo website. This is not an issue with the developers of the game, as stated many times by 343 themselves. They've
told us that it is an issue with the Xbox OS system and how it reads errors like this. Supposedly the fix on this update was in preview stage for alpha and beta members. But this was a month ago. I would like to know of anything possible that can help me.
I have already contacted xbox support in live chat dozens of times, with nothing that can help me.

Halo Wars 2 will not install on my Xbox One

My Halo Wars 2 will not install on my Xbox One. Every time I start the installation it is stopped at 0%.

 

Halo 3: ODST to release 29/05/2015

Had to wait for nearly 2 hours for it to install and then it said " installation stopped" at 100% again but I selected " try installation again" and this time it completed ! Couldn't Find the game in MCC then, but as AXIOMS OF FATE says, its in Halo
3 tab. Never played it before, but enjoying it so far.
