Halo Wars 2/Halo Wars Definitive Edition/Help

Hello, I have been currently dealing with issues in receiving my PC copy of Halo Wars Definitive Edition along with my Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition Bundle. I have received everything else that comes with the bundle, along with the ability to play both games
on Xbox One, but I am unable to install or play Definitive Edition on PC.

Not available Halo Wars Definitive Edition included with Halo Wars 2 Ultimate edition (pre-order). Where is my Halo Wars Definitive Edition?

 

I have not received my halo war DE code

i have preorde halo wars 2 Ultimate edition and I have not received my halo wars definitive edition code please help.

Yes I do see it in my Library but the issue is that it only gives me the option to install it on my xbox one, like so

My Windows is updated to Version 1703, I have no other updates available. Also to answer your second question, No it is not listed in my Game Library as you can see below. It’s not listed under any of the other Libraries either
