Halo Wars 2 DLC Content "Wont work on this device"

I'm currently re-installing the complete edition to see if it works. I tried to look for additional help but couldn't find any.

Though actually I think I have the PC versions and the Xbox versions as I looked at my library to see another copy of the game and all the DLC. Only difference is that they say "this does not work on this device". So I must of had all the DLC already installed
but they never showed up in-game? Like it said I already owned them but wasn't able to access them in the game.

We recommend to request a call from support. They will be able to see which version you have. It is very possible you have the wrong version.

When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these
steps:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request a call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Hi there!

I suggest restarting your PC completely and sign back into the same account you made the purchase for the complete edition.

Also pull up the Xbox app on your device and make sure you are properly connected to Xbox Live.

Xbox Play Anywhere titles should also include DLC for the title so it should not be giving you that error.

Let us know when you've rebooted the PC and logged back into the Store and Xbox app.

My device is an MSI GL62 7QF, this is on PC and I downloaded from the Microsoft store.

I also have Win 10 if that helps.
