Halo Wars 2 crashing to desktop.

My game would work fine for a random amount of time until crashing to the desktop. I don't know if it's the game itself or something I am doing that is causing it and I have run out of patience. Just wanted to throw my error log out here just in case anyone
has any recommendations. I have tried restarting my pc, reinstalling the game, running the windows store troubleshooter. Both the game and my pc are fully up-to-date.

This is from event viewer. No one on the forums seems to be talking about it so it is most likely an issue with me rather than with the game itself.

My specs are:

Intel Core i7-9700K

RTX 2080 Super

8GB corsair vengeance(x2)

500GB wd black nvme ssd(x2)

rog strix z9390-e mb

I am running a windows insider build of windows 10 pro. Might that be the issue? I am running the current version at OS build 19041.84.
