    Halo Wars 2 Bundle, did not receive Halo Wars DE code


    To Whom this may concern,

    I have contacted Microsoft support twice and have been redirected to the forums. SR for the second conversation is [mod removed].

    Unfortunately I must have not copied the first one down correctly. In any case, I had purchase the Halo wars bundle on february 16th then had to refund and re purchase on the 18th if I'm not mistaken. I waited 10 business day to religiously check my email(s)
    and xbox live account for the code for Halo Wars Definitive Edition. I have yet to receive any code or email. I would appreciate if you could help solve this situation.

    I understand that things happen and it is not necessarily anyone's fault in customer service, and so forth; corporate tends oversell on what they can provide and everyone else suffers the consequences. As such any help would be appreciated, preferably one
    that does not involve being redirected to another outlet for a fourth time.

    I preordered Halo Wars 2 before December 20 and I did not receive a code for Halo Wars DE.

    When did you redeem the code provided by Amazon? Once you redeem the code for Halo Wars 2, you should receive a code for Halo Wars DE within 7-10 days.

    Did you preorder a physical copy of Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition or digital copy? If it's a physical copy, your code for the Halo Wars: Definitive Edition will be in the box for Halo Wars 2. If you preordered a digital copy, you'll get a code for the Halo
    Wars DE copy to your Xbox Live message center 7-10 days after redeeming your code.
