Halo Wars 2 Awakening the Nightmare DLC wont download

I have purchase history like this:

purchased 1by1 all of them PC versions i am sure because i have played this missions last time on june/july2022. all of my purchases run after my purchase correctly. i m just past from windows 10 to windows 11.

1)Halo Wars 2: Standard Edition 3April2022

2)Halo Wars 2: Awakening the Nightmare 5April2022

3)Operation: Spearbreaker 5April2022

4)Halo Wars 2: Complete Edition 11JUNE2022

and after i run my game, i click on Awakening the Nightmare box to play this, it brings me back to store page and i use windows hello to verify myself and then it shows me: you already own this product error.

Can you help me how can i play this mission. if it is necessary to remove or reactivate some products please do it.

The base game is Play Anywhere, that is, you can use the same license on console and PC, but this is not the case for the DLCs, as these are listed separately in the Microsoft Store for each platform.

Hello ever body,

I just noticed that thing i am clicking to launch awakening the nightmare DLC box was just STORE link. When i go inside singleplayer there is another box to launch awakening the nightmare DLC. i solved my problem with-in there. Thanks for all of your helps. it was hard to figure ou,t why they added there a DLC advertisement. Hard to understand microsoft games.

Make sure that the account signed in to your Microsoft Store and Xbox app are the same account that owns all of your games or purchases. Please also go to PC Settings > Accounts, and make sure that it's your correct account that's currently signed - we could also try to switch to a local user to see if that fixes the issue.

Alternatively, let's reinstall the Gaming Services app on your Windows device:
Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.

In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.
Restart your device.
