    there was a halo tv update. I can no longer watch nightfall episodes. It says I need to buy halo. I have the digital version. I've tried accessing it through the app and through the game.

    Hey there Merlin4421!

    Sorry to hear about the issues with Halo: Night fall, I can definitely understand how frustrating that could be. I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps if you haven't already.

    Please give the following steps a try:



    • From the Dashboard, navigate to the Halo Channel app.
    • Select Menu and then select Quit.
    • Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
    • Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
    • Power on your console and navigate to the Halo Channel app.
    • Select the Halo Channel app and under the Feature tab, select Play.
    Give the suggested steps a try and let us know if you are continuing to experience the issue.

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately nothing has been mentioned as to whether subtitles have been added to the shows or not. I would hope so though.
