We do recommend you to let this issue be known to your game support or developer for them to ensure that the game will work with Smart App Control enabled. Though that is uncommonly associated with Halo but we could possibly think of a certain mods or a file or add-ons related to DLL file is read by the Smart App Control as malicious and untrusted.
