    Hi there,

    I've been waiting to play online on Reach PC since it was announced and i can't figure out what's wrong or where to even begin fixing it.

    I've already sent a few hours trying to sort out family settings and make sure it's a live account (which it most definitely is).

    I'm assuming it's the family settings although I'm no longer in a family group and can't find any settings that seem to help with the issue, some help would be greatly appreciated.

    I'm no longer within the family group so I don't exactly understand how I would do that through the parent account??
