    Halo The Master Chief Collection Download Bug


    Good morning, for a few days I've been trying to download HALO, but the download doesn't start, it stops downloading and it's in "In Queue" status but I don't have any other games downloading at the moment, even though I'm trying to download it again it shows for 1 second the status of "Downloading" but it already changes to "In Queue", I've tried to do everything to solve it, from removing and putting my internet cable to reinstalling the xbox app

    Hi, the version of odst you purchased, was it the xbox one version for Halo the Master chief collection or the Xbox 360 version of the game? If it was the Master Chief collection version, then you need the master chief Collection installed on your Xbox
    One to be able to download the game.

    Halo Reach is not on the Master Chief Collection disc, only the Halo CE, 2, 3 & 4 are. If you want to play Halo reach, then you can purchase the dlc for the Master Chief Collection or download the Backward Compatible version.
