Halo series stuck at 7% preparing on Xbox app

Sorry for my bad English. I have been playing Halo: The master chief collection with my friend and I'm having a problem installing another game in the series. At first, we play ODST then we tried to play 3, but my Xbox app was stuck at 7% preparing, I saw a thread mention to just leave it, but after 2 days nothing happened, so I have to reinstall Windows to reinstall the whole game again with 3's install button. After we finish 3, we tried to go for Reach and the same thing happen, reach is stuck at 7% preparing.

I did try to:

+Delete the Xbox app and reinstall, preparation is still there after.

+Use Microsoft Store, but the install button also spins.

+Window update, but the screen is also stuck in loading, 5 small dots keep sliding across the top but nothing appear

My Xbox app completely locks out and I can't access/install other games because that preparation is always at the top. Is there any method to reset my Xbox app without needing to reinstall my Windows?

Let's try some steps that might help. Kindly press the Win + R key to open the Run dialog.

Type cmd and click OK to open Command Prompt.

In the Command Prompt window, type the following command and hit Enter to execute:

WSReset.exe

then try installing your games again through MS store app.

If it persists, try to reset/repair the MS store and Xbox app. Select Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features. Find the App the Xbox app, MS store App, and "Gaming Services" then select the Advanced options link under the name of the app (some apps don't have this option). On the page that opens, select Reset.

After that press WIN+R (Windows logo key + R) , Enter "services.msc", find "Gaming Services", stop the service and then start it back again.

Go to Apps & features > Game Services > Additional Options > Repair

Once the repair is complete, try to play again.

I see. If that fails, try downloading the game via Minecraft launcher. You can download the launcher through the Microsoft Store app, Xbox app, and the Mojang website. After installing the launcher, log in with your Microsoft account and download Microsoft Dungeons.
