    Hello Xbox community, I have a question and you may or may not be able to answer it for me. Anyways, I am curious as to why halo reach (a ten year old video game) is priced at $20+ tax? If I could get an answer (logical) I'll be satisfied, otherwise I'll
    be wondering why I started playing with my xbox again.

    Join rewards program. It takes 5 minutes of your day. And you can get points to buy it in little more than month. Or better, get a game pass. Halo will stay on game pass since Reach is Xbox studios game. For me personaly, Reach in 4k is better than 80
    percent of new shooters. We all have our favorites.

    Yeah, this is probably a question we won't be able to answer :)

    My guess is, that the game was remastered and they are just trying to recuperate some of the money spent with the development/remastering

    My opinion...It's worth paying that amount for it :)

    If you are playing on an Xbox One, you have two options of playing the game.

    You could play the Xbox 360 version, either by disc (looks to be under $10 used) or digitally (this is the $20 version you mentioned).

    You could play the new Master Chief Collection (MCC) digital version (this version is $10), but that's only if you own MCC already.

    Hello, I've read your post, and I believe I understand your position. The Xbox Ambassadors are here to help.

    I can understand your frustration having to pay so much to play such an old game. Although Halo as a series is old and incredibly legendary to Xbox owners, not everyone wants to pay an arm and a leg to play it. Might I suggest looking for a used copy for
    less than the suggested retail of $20. Or really the better way to go, have you heard of Xbox game pass ultimate? It is the best deal in gaming! $15 a month you get access to over a hundred games, and the Halo Master Chief collection is in there!
