    Halo Reach (on Xbox One)


    Been a Halo Reach player for years, now that the servers are not supporting the online gaming (with Xbox 360) - how do we play this today?

    I play Reach on Xbox One, and have seen something about reverse compatibility, buying the Master Chief game...

    Simply looking at how I can restore my account, history, and online match game play again for Halo Reach.

    Hey there Dragonbrother!

    Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to get Halo Reach to work on your console. I see that you have tried a couple of troubleshooting steps already, but when you say that you reset the console, do you mean that you tried as outlined in
    our support page entitled
    How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One    ? If you haven't done that yet, I suggest to try and to make the choice to
    reset and keep my games and apps.

    Just make sure that before you try that step, that you have easy access to your internet connection and that you know the login info for any important gamertags you may have on your console.

    If and when you get a chance, try that and let us know if that helped resolve the issue.
