Halo Reach FPS

I have recently installed Halo Reach on my Xbox One and it keeps on having a serious amount of FPS Lag. The lag keeps on happening when i am playing 1P, but if i add 2 players it just becomes even more unbearable. To try and resolve this i have have done
uninstalled and reinstalled the game, uninstalled it, done a full console restart and still no luck. This issue, it would seem, is to do with the game not being correctly optimized or MS added some code to it which is slowing it down.

Halo 3 Vs. Halo Reach

I prefer Halo Reach over Halo 3. Reach had better visuals, better sound, better gameplay, better story, better everything. It was such an improvement over the previous Halo games. Halo 3 was magnificent and extremely epic. It was my favorite FPS shooter... until Halo Reach arrived.

 

FPS Gamers in Baltimore area.

Hello, I'm starting a clan of gamers from the Baltimore area who enjoy playing Xbox 360 and FPS games, it can be from any Call of Duty games, Halo 3, Halo Reach, oor any FPS games.

 

I got two thoughts:

1: There is scratches on your disc

2: There is dust in your Xbox One Air Ventils

 

The disc does have a few scratches on it, but all the Xbox One needs to do is recognize the games disc and then it downloads the whole game off the Microsoft servers, so i know it won't be the disc, and i have double checked the air vents of the Xbox One
(without taking it apart) and no dust that i can see, it is only 3 months old anyway and is always well ventilated and more graphically intense games like Halo 5 run perfectly on it

 

It's currently a known problem with the game and their are others that are having issues with it on XB1.. So it's not your console and you do not have to worry about it on that end, the issue is with the emulation and the game itself. XB1 has to emulate
each 360 game that is added to BC and while its simpler than it was for the Original XB and 360 BC, it still has it's flaws. MS is currently working on a fix/patch and as time progresses they are tweaking the emulator so that it better emulate each game that
is added.

Again, this issue does not affect all users but some making it a common problem, chances are the consoles they used to test the game on didn't react the way some users are seeing the game run. I would recommend if you got the free Games with Gold version,
that you give that one a go instead of your disc copy as even though it doesn't read from the disc, it still needs it in there to start.. Just trying to eliminate all possible issues. The other option is to just play it via 360 if you still have one and
it's still connected until they get things fixed. You can still play with friends online and chat, even if you are playing the game on 360 while they play on XB1.
