Halo Reach, Crashing, Xbox one, save files. Please help :)

Hi, I have just recently (today), bought an Xbox one Halo 5: Guardians edition console, which works okay, I am very pleased with it. as 'Halo: Reach' is backwards compatible with Xbox one, I wanted to use it as I already have an Xbox 360 but no mic that
works for it . It worked completely fine once I'd downloaded it, however I didn't have any of the maps that I'd created for 'forge',

I went back on my Xbox 360 and moved my save files/game files to the cloud, this I was told would allow me to use my maps in the Xbox one, when I loaded the halo game (this is a disk) on Xbox one it said 'downloading game files from cloud' (or something),
and then froze just after the download finished on the halo '2010 Microsoft corporation' it then returned me to the Xbox one home screen without an error message or anything, I tried several times with the same result.

if it is the save files that were downloaded from the cloud that are the problem, I can't find a way to uninstall them, this was at about 17:30pm, Please if possible could someone tell me a solution.

Halo: Reach Profile Data missing

I installed Halo Reach on my Xbox One to play with Backwards Compatibility, but as I started the game, I didn't have any of my armor, campaign progress, level progress, nothing. I appeared as if I was a new player. Since Halo Reach doesn't create a "Save
File" on the Xbox 360 to transfer it to the Cloud, I don't know what to do to get my data on Xbox One. Please help

Unable to upload video to file share

When trying to upload to file share in halo reach (and prob halo 4), I am receiving the "name is blocked- the name of the creator of this file is not allowed on xbox live" error. Can you please help me resolve?

Hey there HeisenBrown HB!

If you haven't tried yet, please try clearing your local Xbox 360 storage with the steps on

this page. After you clear local storage give your Xbox One a quick power cycle by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds until your Xbox One shuts down. Let us know if this helps!

halo crashes lose save? please fix Microsoft

My method works but whenever i load save files from Xbox live, it crashes. Somehow the save files were bugged too.

Sigh i don't want to start all over. I had 20hrs into game.

My game crashes even though following your steps, i had to unlink, delete save and reserve files, and hard reset inorder to load into game.

After logging into larian in game, no save files were loaded. Its a fresh game

Being able to have multiple save files when one gets corrupted WOULD save the problem. The problem lies within the game crashing and pulling the save from the cloud. If I had 2-3 save files...when the game crashes and reloads...I can load one of my save
files (not the default as that one is now corrupted) and bam....I've lost nothing but the little bit of time I'd been playing that day.

I contacted them on Twitter, they said their aware of the games constant crashing and already in works for fixing it.

@Wedjwants - jeez, that sucks, have you tried uninstalling at all or anything to see if that helps, or deleting the save file to see if that's causing the crash?

I had it crash during the actual save part it corrupted my file when I tried loading, thankfully I waited a few minutes tried loading and it worked fine but if it's crashing during saving then I worry save file corruption might be causing some more issues.
