Halo Reach Campaign won't Install on my Series S

So I just set up my brand new Series S today and downloaded the MCC and every single multiplayer and campaign is downloaded except the Halo Reach campaign. I can play the Reach multiplayer but every time I try to play the campaign or firefight it brings me to the download menu and when I click on the box that says campaign it says "pending" and never downloads. It's already purchased and there's not even an option to repurchase or redownload it in the store. I've tried reseting the app and the console multiple times and nothing is working. My internet is fine and I don't think that would affect it either way. I have more than enough storage left and there's no other reason I can think of that would make the download constantly say "pending" and just never download. Please help!

Reach isn't free you know that right?.

It's 7.99 depending on your region

Multiplayer is free but not campaign

You must make the purchase gamepass does NOT have mcc reach it has the OG 360 reach

So you would have to out in credit or ms balance to make the purchase

I thought ODST and Reach were the best campaigns in the Halo series.

As far as my favorite series goes: Kotor, Halo, ME, The Elder Scrolls, the original Fallout series

Halo 4 is leagues above Halo: Reach, it plays much more like Halo 3. Both the campaign and the MP is absolutely superb. If you're a fan of the Halo series and didn't like Reach, you'll LOVE Halo 4.

Mad Cow Dizease

Halo CE is a classic but Halo 3's campaign was so impressive. I've never played ODST or Reach though.
