    I bought Halo Reach and ODST for the Halo Master Chief Collection for my Xbox One but when I go to play it it says I need to purchase it. I have looked and it is in my recent purchases and I have the email receipts. Any help would be appreciated.

    It appears that it was for the PC at least that is what it says. I have asked for a refund and will have to repurchase it though the Xbox

    Okay. Clean your console's MAC and after the console restarts click the menu button on the game icon and go to manage game and add-ons and see if there is something to be installed.

    Clean your console's MAC

    Network Settings> Advanced Settings> MAC Address and Clear.

    These 2 games are DLC's for Halo MCC, you have to purchase and install Halo MCC to be able to access this content in-game.
