    Halo reach account help


    I signed up to halo waypoint recently and used an xbox gold free trial to get the special helmets in reach. Now that the trial has ended, I only get 60 credits per halo reach game. How do I unlink halo waypoint from my halo file without deleting my account?

    hi can you please help with this issue.

    When I launch halo reach game and select my storage device it says that this xbox 360 console has been permanently banned from halo reach online and this account has been permantly banned from halo reach online.

    Can you please help me

    My husband has a Game Fly account and recently rented Halo: Reach. He fell in love with the game and has been asking for it ever since.

    Has anyone here played Halo: Reach? What did you think about it?

    If it is an in game ban there is no one on xbox.com that can help you. You would need to take your request to Bungie.net.

    Also, be aware that you are responsible for your account. I don't think you're going to get any help from anyone over this as you left your system and tag with your cousin. You should make him pay for your missed time.

    It's not a good idea to post your full name in a public forum.

    If it's a ban from only Halo, then you would need to talk to Bungie about that. As far as Xbox is concerned though, your account is your responsibility at all times.

    You are correct it seems this is a problem at Bungie, namely it seems their word filter for Reach is preventing the word alcoholic in your profile because I cant see 'rug' being the issue.

    This is something you would need to take up with them I think.
