Halo ODST Code not found

I purchased Halo MCC at Launch and due to the issues with the game, I stopped playing it. Now I am looking to go through and play the collection, but I can not locate the ODST code I am owed as I owned / played the game on the applicable date periods of
eligibility. I have thoroughly searched my email for the code and can not find it;

If anyone from support can assist that would be appreciated.

To whom it may concern,

With the launch of Halo 5, I remembered that I never redeemed my code for Halo 3: ODST for the Master Chief Collection. I logged on to my Xbox One today and found that my message with the code was no longer on the system. I found the post that said to
post here to get a new code. Am I still able to get a code to redeem for ODST? Thank you so much for your help with this issue.

 

ODST should be automatically included in the game when u start it up. It was free for a certain amount of time if u played it during the period of trouble the game was having. Check and see if it was added for you. It should have been added already.

 

No it's supposed to be a code or a Dash Console message, and the FAQ on Waypoint said to post in the support forums (Although I may have posted in the wrong forum) after the date.
