Halo MCC redeemable code help please

i recieved a code to download the Halo ODST campaign from the store as part of the compensation package from 343 for the launch that was experienced. I then traded the game in with the intention to never play it again, but here I am playing it again and
I want to redeem it. The issue is, is that I can not go back far enough in my message to redeem it and I read that as of June 2015 the code would have deleted from my console anyways. I contacted support and chatted with somebody but i was informed that
they could not help me and to try a forum. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

i never received the code. Play halo mcc have played all Forza horizons and am now playing 3 can someone help please?

Halo MCC OSDT Code

Hi,

I received an email earlier in the year about receiving a free copy of Halo ODST (due to the early issues surrounding Halo MCC).

But never received the code.

unfortunately you will not be able to view that same messages as they expire, I didn't know if the code was a one off thing or if you can receive one of them again.

I am sure official support will spread some light on the current situation .

Halo 3: ODST was not included as part of the Master Chief Collection. There was a redemption code sent out for it for some users of MCC as a make-good, which added the single-player version of ODST to the MCC. If you redeemed it then, then it would be available
as DLC on the account that redeemed it.

Go to My Games & Apps -> Games -> Halo MCC and press Menu, then choose Manage Game. If this account redeemed it, it will appear in "Ready to Install".

If you own the Xbox 360 version of Halo 3 ODST, you can install the single-player version through back-compat.

Sorry to hear about the issue! Halo Nightfall should have come with the game as a code separately from Halo MCC. If you still have everything, I would have a look in the box again to find that code.

If you already redeemed that code, the next step is to make sure it's installed properly. Please highlight the Halo Channel app, press the Menu button on your Xbox One controller, and select 'Manage app'. If the code was redeemed, it should show up in the
'Ready to install' portion of the 'Manage app' screen.

Once that is installed, I would check Mister Quimby's posts in
this thread for additional steps. Go ahead and try these steps and let us know how it goes!
