Halo MCC Multiplayer seems messed up.. anyone else have this problem?

I downloaded Halo Master Chief Collection with Microsoft Store when it first came out on PC, and have come regret using Microsoft Store rather then Steam. Since downloading, I have dealt with many issues over the time I have owned it with things such as DLC download problems or Microsoft Store update issues.

Anyway, just recently I went to play MCC multiplayer and out of the blue all the DLC's for the different games are showing not downloaded even though I had just been playing them a few days before. I tried to use the in game DLC download option... Nothing. I tired to manually go to the store and update them.. nothing.

So I did what any rational person would do and completely reset my PC back to 100% factory, and first thing after changing the location of my app save drive (to my gaming drive) redownloaded the entire Halo MCC. aaand SaMe ReSuLT!!!

Still going in to play Multiplayer and finding all the DLC's saying they are not downloaded. Even after I successfully manually downloaded each DLC from Microsoft Store, it is still saying the same thing.

Anyone know what is going on? Is it just me, or are other people having issues with Microsoft Store?

I also had this problem, but added to it, my profile seems to be messed up as well and it shows I have no friends and 0 gamerscore. Anyone else have this added issue?

make sure both microsoft account xbox settings allow multiplayer, be warned halo mcc is a buggy mess with coop at the moment and you will get inconvenient disconnections right before a checkpoint

I'm on my Xbox 1 just logged onto it and fired up Halo MCC haven't been on it since early last month, no XBL Updates since then, and when I launched it, 3 Achievement notifications popped up! I guess they fixed Achievements for Halo MCC. I'm in a Team Slayer
multiplayer lobby and matchmaking is working!! I'm actually IN a multiplayer game in Halo MCC. Last time I was here, matchmaking was broken.

I have the same problem with MCC anti cheat coming up and not letting me play. I have a new lap top running windows 11. I also had this problem on another new laptop running windows 10, I am not able to play any of the multiplayer games in the Mcc. I am able to play the single player maps but when it comes to multiplayer I cannot play.

I was able to play at one time on windows 10 with my old laptop but i did not have steam downloaded or running on my laptop. This one and my last laptop had steam downloaded with games open but they were closed at the time of downloading and trying to play the game.

There are two options when you start the Mcc in multiplayer one to play the second to play with anti cheat running, i have tried both and they do not let me the anti cheat keeps coming up I am wondering if anyone else also has two options to pick from? Is Mcc the only halo game that this comes up on, or does it also come up on all the halo games?

If I was to delete steam would the problem, go away?

In both cases i have deleted the Mcc and have not reinstall it back to my laptop. With my new laptop I was surprised to see the error again.

I also have the Xbox pass running windows 11 the laptop is only 3 weeks old

I would appreciate any help someone can give me to help solve this problem without deleting steam and the games I have on it.
