    Halo: MCC Digital Pre-Order Not Working!


    I tried purchasing the pre-order with $50.00 Microsoft currency and putting the rest on my credit card, then I get an error message saying to use another card and the transaction won't go through. I've tried around 15 times to purchase and it won't let me.
    I need help!

    Who is preordering Halo 5?

    I have now pre-order the digital deluxe edition.

    Now the MCC has been fixed and the Halo 4 playlist is on it I'm now enjoying Halo again.

    That and the footage I've seen of Warzone persuaded me to cancel my digital pre-order of Black ops 3 and order Halo 5 instead

    Yes @Lofty - I didn't realise that when I bought my 2nd X1 (with Destiny bundle) from Game, it also came with Halo MCC pre-order. Got an email from Game confirming shipping.

    I've already pre-ordered (and downloaded) digital Halo MCC - Doh!!!

    Oh, hang on....TWO Xbox Ones and TWO copies of Halo MCC....I AM GOING TO BE IN HEAVEN FOLKS!!!

    (Sorry I will calm down eventually, note to self - too much coffee!!!)

    As this is a billing issue you would need to contact phone support for your region (1-800-469-9269 if you live in North America).

    It could also be an issue with the card which would mean you would need to contact your bank/credit card company.

    Will Halo MCC be a Digital Download?

    Gamestop does pre-orders on digital downloads. I just recently pre-ordered Destiny as a digital download, so I'm sure they would do it for MCC. I think they just email you the code.
