    Unfortunately we are unable to replace or assist with codes missing from retail bundles. You will need to speak to your work and have them reach out to the retailer they purchased the bundle from for further assistance.

    Halo: The Master Chief Collection is included with some Xbox One consoles. Does the outside of the box that your Xbox One came with show a picture of the cover art of the MCC? If so, there should be a code in there somewhere for a digital download of the
    game.

    XBOX ONE - HALO MCC DL Install wont finish but fully downloaded. Wants me to Switch Profile.

    May need to scrub all that. I don't think the Halo MCC is part of the deal. Just rechecked all the codes I entered. None appear to relate to Halo MCC. Not sure why it let me download and install, well nearly install..
