    As im not the only one to be *** about this, im opening this thread so everyone that bought a non functionnal game show here.

    As the first buyers, microsoft should respect us at least and their promotion only for ppl that bought the game from dec 1 to dec 31 is just straight ***, if i knew there would be a promotion i wouldnt have buy the game when it released to have a product
    i cant even use, and 1 week later they put a promotion on it excluding every first buyer that got ***.

    First i went on xbox rewards forum and they say they got nothing to do with microsoft so here i come on this forum to make microsoft directly change it.

    Its totally innacceptable and im not the only one to think that so everyone come here to make it change.

    Anybody get their Preorder bonus from Rewards yet?

    no, bought physical disc from microssoft store and had to call them to get the rewards (which they did)
    I preordered Halo MCC digitally, so does that qualify for 15000 points too?

    no it was only for orders off the ms store they would have counted for the 3 games for 20 dollars back

    Sorry that you're upset. A lot of people are. However, Bonnie Ross from 343 has made a statement regarding the issues. She has stated that those who've played the game from it's launch until Dec. 19, 2014 will be receiving a one month Gold extension to
    their account, an exclusive in-game nameplate and avatar and a free download of Halo: ODST when it is released.

    All these items will be given in 2015.

    Called support, managed to get a one month gold, its not worth the 15000 points but at least i got something no way i bought the game early and coulnt play it when i could buy it a week later with the promo
