Halo MC Collection Not Installing

Some background , when I went to go play some Halo MC offline while the internet out, it said that the MC collection wasn't on the device and when the internet came back on I was able to play it again. I went to go to the app store and there were all errors next to the installation bar and it won't download. I was able to play offline before and I know that this is on PC version because I was able to play it, is anyone else having the same problem or how do I fix it. I play on Windows 10, super fast internet, and lots of storage still.

Yeah I have tried all of those steps, I bought the game from the store not on the game pass and I still have no answer. The error code that comes up says that it needs the actual game to be downloaded but it won't download the game . Currently the game is uninstalled and trying to re download it. I will attempt to send a video

Always you installing to an internal or external drive? If it is the later, Can you unplug your external hard drive. Then do this

- Go to Settings > System > Storage.

- On the Manage storage devices screen, select: Clear local saved games.

- Restart your console

Afterwards try installing the game to the internal drive. Don't plug the external drive yet. If you don't have space on the internal, move some games to the external first before you begin.
