    Can't play new game I purchased on Xbox store

    Halo 3 ODST is an add-on for Halo Masterchief Collection, not an individual game. So you would need the Masterchief Collection in order to play it.

    I think due to high traffic on Xbox Live due to the release on Halo 4, Support have had some issues with Halo. I believe this issue is however now fixed.
