    I bought an xbox one with the halo edition and it came with a free download of something like the master chief bundle. Unfortunately, I misplaced the code before I was able to download it. Is there any way to get a new code or to download the game still?

    Warthog code not received

    Despite having played Halo
    Master Chief Collection and bought
    Forza Horizon 3, I have not received
    the code to download the Halo
    Warthog.

    Does anyone know anything about that?

    Just to clarify, are you referring to the code for Halo: The Master Chief Collection or the code for ODST? If you are referring to the code for the Master Chief Collection, unfortunately we are unable to replace these codes here in the Support Forums.

    Thank you for the response. Yes, I am referring to Halo: The Master Chief Collection. I chatted with someone from customer support and they were unable to give me a code and pointed me here to the forums. Is there anywhere else I can go to get a new
    code?

    If the code was included in an Xbox One console bundle, we recommend reaching out to the retailer it was purchased from for further assistance. As Quimby stated above, we're unfortunately unable to replace codes included in Xbox One console bundles.

    Halo Reach is not on the Master Chief Collection disc, only the Halo CE, 2, 3 & 4 are. If you want to play Halo reach, then you can purchase the dlc for the Master Chief Collection or download the Backward Compatible version.
