Halo Master chief collection freezing into main menu on PC

Hi !

My game keeps freezing when I get into Halo MCC's main menu, I've tried reinstalling the game 2 times, I reinstalled the Xbox App and still the game freezes, I have read only it might have something to do with save synchronization between my PC and Servers,
can someone assist me since I can't play Halo at all. I bought the pass only for this game

have you tried resetting the router/modem to see if that fixes the issue

This happens to me as well but only when I hit search or mid game. Never in the main menu.

I've also seen several complaints like this on the forums and etc.

So it isn't just you, it's on the developers end and needs a patch it seems.

This is a common bug on the PC version. I had it happen several times as well. Restarting my computer usually fixed it, however there was once where I had to restart my computer twice in a row before it was resolved. It can be annoying to have to do but
it does fix it until it happens again.
