    Halo Insider Program Bug


    Hello my name is . So I want to join the halo insider program and I have been trying to for a while now. Whenever I go to the Halo Official Site and try to get into the program, I am told "Xbox Live Account Error" and under this error it says "Please visit Xbox.com and click "Profile" to resolve the problem, or try signing out and signing back in." When I do what they tell me to I don't see a problem and I even sign out and back in and the same error shows up again. This error has been showing up for me for a couple weeks/ months. I am not sure if I remember this properly but I believe I signed up to the MCC flighting program or something along those lines and I gave my computers specifications like it asked me to but when I tried to do this for Halo Infinite a couple months later it showed the error above. Thanks and help would definitely be appreciated and hope I can play some Halo on PC before the game comes out since I am so excited.

    If the issue still persists, you may need to contact the game support to check if there any general issues with the game itself.

    Ok well I waited to re open the app today and once I did it worked this time. What exactly should I do if I want to get into the Halo Insider Program specifically? Do I just wait for it to be put into "Announcements"?

    Hi and thanks for the response,

    So I downloaded the app and when I first launched it, it told me something about needing to be 18 which I am so I just went into the microsoft account website and just changed by birth date to something random and changed it back and now it's fine but now it tells me "Error: You are not authorized to access this content". I don't know what to do now and I have tried a lot of different things.

    did you happen to plug in a keyboard or mouse? did you try a power reset once?

    or are you in the insider program and this is a bug in the program?

    It is the insider program, it must be a bug.

    great that it worked online. you can report the bug if you are in the insider program. just open the insider app on the console and create a new bug report

    You are in the Insider Program, right? Because this new dash isn't available and its normal to find bugs because that is why this is in the Insider Program.
