Halo infinite Xbox series X weird purple glitch at startup

When I first got my xbox series x about 2 months ago it never had this glitch when I started halo infinite after a month it happened and never gone away . All my other games work fine I tried turning off VRR reinstalling it hard reboot tried different versions of the game atm there’s 3 one for Xbox one old console and one that is for series X/S also the other one with the dlc image on it wolves something it’s called . All 3 do the same . None of my other game have this issue only this one . Oh and the glitch is only at startup of game but in game it’s fine no glitches whatsoever like this one .

I`m on a One X and Halo Infinite does the same at start up on my console.
But it has only done it since the last update and while it`s just the on start up screen I wasn`t particularly concerned.

Ty Pam but I already know why it happened on reddit few other people have the same problem they saying it came right after the new dlc . We have to wait to the devs fix it .

Yeah I was concerned only cause I love to blame my tv for stuff but now that I’m sure it ain’t my tv I’m happy 😃 thanks for the info

I'm sorry to hear that. Here are the steps that you can try for your concern.

Solution 1. Power cycle your console

Please Turn off console > (press and hold power button for 10 seconds) unplug everything from the console > wait for 2 minutes and plug everything back > Turn On the console.

Solution 2.Clear your local save games file.

Make sure that there’s no disc in the disc tray.

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.

Select Settings > All Settings

Choose System > Storage.

Now select Clear local saved games.

Choose Yes to confirm.

Restart your console

Solution 3. Try to do a soft factory reset without removing any games and apps.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Settings > System > Console info > reset then keep my games and apps.

NOTE: This will delete the profiles on your account, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.
