Halo Infinite / Xbox Series X - Campaign crashing

Every other game on my Xbox Series X works great. Halo Infinite Multiplayer works great too. Halo Infinite Campaign crashes consistently after 20-30 minutes of play.

Console shuts off with no warning. No error codes, nothing. I have to turn the console back on using the button in the unit itself.

It’s unplayable.

It's manually set to HDMI already and settings saved. Console has been restarted several times since then (especially when Halo Infinite is crashing the XBOX Series X again -_- )

Still asynchronous.

Brand new Xbox series X, Halo infinite crashes the machine after loading the first logo.

Yes there is a major prob with halo infinite only crashing on the series x , I personally have not been able to play this game for months due to this prob . I have reported it numerous times and there are a lot of people with the same crashing issues .Its a prob 343 needs to fix!! It only does this on the series x for some reason.

No luck.

Uninstalled and reinstalled - still crashes.

Powered down and removed cables, came back later - still crashes.

Now it’s crashing on multiplayer so I’m getting banned for exiting matches.

No error codes no logs.

Pretty terrible experience for the flagship game on the flagship console.

Hi there DB welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Have you tried uninstalling and installing the game? Also I advise doing the following:

1. Turn off your Xbox using the power button on the console.

2. Once your Xbox has completely powered down, unplug the power cord from the back of the console. Don't simply unplug the cord from the wall's electrical socket — it must be disconnected from your Xbox.

3. Wait for 5 minutes, and then reconnect the power cord to both the Xbox console and the electrical socket.

4. Let another minute pass. If you're using an original Xbox One (as opposed to an Xbox One S or One X), watch for a small white light to appear on the Xbox One's power brick (the rectangular part of the power cord). Once the white light turns orange, you can turn your Xbox One back on. If you're using an Xbox One S or One X, just wait out the minute and turn it on afterwards.
