Halo Infinite - Xbox Account Authorization pop up after a few hours of playing

I recently wiped my hard drives and installed windows 11 instead of 10, but I've had nothing but issues since. It's not a hardware problem, my hardware is all supported, TPM is enabled etc etc.

It seems to be an issue with Xbox services.

I get this pop up like 30 times a minute after a few hours of playing and the only way to "reset it" is to close the game, close the xbox app and then restart both.

Anyone know why this is happening?

Also I seem to be having massive audio sync issue with video streams on YouTube and Twitch.tv both. Wasn't a problem on Windows 10.

Would you please share a screenshot of the error message that you receive after some time of gameplay? Also, this pop up happens only with Halo Infinite?

I got this error and tried a few things. What I got Halo Infinite to work was this:

After an uninstall and reinstall of Halo Infinite I did this:

Open powershell\terminal (win 11) as administrator and run this command:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-Appxpackage –allusers

I rebooted my machine

I tried launching Halo Infinite and a Windows store window popped up and I had to install Xbox Gaming services which I did and the campaign was available

I noticed a few days ago that the latest update to gaming services was just spinning in my microsoft store window. I think a messed up update went to xbox gaming services

I didnt think it was this because I am in the Beta Channel of win 11 updates but I am working now.

Failure to authorize disc.

I am getting errors when playing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. When I am playing on Xbox Live, I'll suddenly get an error message -- Failure to authorize disc. It usually happens during the first few minutes of a match after I start up the game. If it
doesn't happen in the first match, the error does not pop up. The game is saved onto the hard drive?

I did as suggested and cleared system cashe and redownloaded profile. The achievements didnt pop up untill an hour after I gave up on the game and started playing something else. I was in the middle of playing silent hill and about 7 achievements just popped
up from halo. Not sure what caused it but only the achievements from this game lagged.

For anybody else that suffers from microsoft and 343 ****, here is the solution:

Here’s how to fix the Halo Infinite Xbox Gaming Services bug:

Press “Windows Key” + “I” simultaneously on your keyboard
Select the ‘Apps’ section from the menu selection
Find Halo Infinite in the app list
Left-click on Halo Infinite to reveal ‘Advanced Options’
Find the ‘Reset’ button and left-click on it
Open the Xbox app and reinstall Halo Infinite

Don’t worry about actually re-installing / re-downloading the game, as it should be ready to launch in a few moments.
