Halo Infinite will not update

First thing: this happens only with Halo Infinite, on PC, W10.

Same symptoms: 0%, saturated bandwidth by a delivery optimization process.

This question has already been asked, and I tried every advice given, as disable ipv6, flushdns, reinstall game, reinstall xbox app, reinstall game services, and a lot more.

I even fresh reinstalled windows.

I can't do more, and more, I have such a bad bandwidth than I no longer want to reinstall a game.

Microsoft must perform at least as painlessly than Steam.

I clearly am tired every single time an update on Halo Infinite is coming. Microsoft store games on PC never work as intended, we just can now chose installation folder for no real use.

Any update to this, only happens in halo infinite, tried many other games and no issue? has anyone reported this issue as a halo infinite bug or do we think its a bug with headset firmware, could it be to do with dolby atmos?

I am using Halo Infinite on PC with game pass. I have tried the 'Verify and Repair' option as well as updates for the Xbox app and windows itself, I have also reinstalled gaming services and tried to update from the Microsoft store app and nothing seems to be working. every time it just sits at 0mb/s and never changes. this may be an issue with game pass, by the way, thanks for your support and dedication to this website, the world needs people like you.
