    Hello, I get this error when trying to launch halo infinite. I'm like 80% complete the campaign and now I can start the game.

    I have a few questions before I start to investigate the issue.

    Which version of Windows are you running? (Ex: Windows 10, Windows 11, etc.)

    Is your Windows device up to date?

    Have you tried to run any other games to verify if Halo: Infinite was the only game that was experiencing this problem?

    Can you verify that your Xbox app and Gaming services are up to date?

    Open the Xbox App

    • Click your profile icon at the top right corner of the page
    • Select "Settings"
    • Select "About" on the left panel
    The first set of numbers under "Version" will display the current version of your Xbox App.

    Current versions:

    Xbox App: 2112.1001.10.0

    Gaming Services: 3.60.12001.0

    You should Run a benchmark test on the GPU to confirm that, as not all games have the same requirements, for example I have a damage Gou that can Run Warzone game but not Halo infinite as it crash, but runs perfectly on my second gpu, but the first one can't run a benchmark test without crashing

    Yes, as i said i have hard reset my pc and completely updated everything. Uninstalling the xbox app did not work either. Still crashing on the menu in halo infinite
