    I preordered Halo Infinite and never received my Zeta Sky Armor Coating for multiplayer. I have called and nobody has an answer at Halo Support. Please help. I’m on Xbox One X

    I called Microsoft and Halo Support and both of them told me I had to contact one another but neither of them gave me an answer. I preordered through in-game.

    Thata because there wa NO preorder bonus.

    It was gamestop and bestbuy Amazon exclusive as mentioned

    Preordering it on console doesn't give you any bonuses

    They were limited to retailers which case you need to talk to the retailer

    Anyone getting it from xbox store didn't get any I know cause I preorder mine from xbox

    It usually comes in email or comes in package

    If email you have to read the card that came without game will always tell you timeline

    I have preordered: Halo 4, Black Ops 2, MoH Warfighter, AC3, Bioshock Infinite, Borderlands 2. I know Bioshock has been pushed back into 2013. I will also get GTA 5 if it comes out this year.
