Submitting issues through that option has resulted with the same response - "Xbox Live issue". The will address campaign/single player issues but multiplayer issues are attributed to Xbox online infrastructure.

HALO Infinite has closed their forums. There are numerous (26 for PC, 3 for consoles) hacks/mods and this is the only forum available. With the "flip of a switch," 23 mods could be removed immediately from Xbox Live. Being the flagship franchise of Xbox, one would hope some effort is made to curtail these issues since release. But with every "update" and new feature implemented into Xbox Live/online, the repercussions of hacks and modifications are even less. For example the easiest way is to create a new account, implement hacks, and once enough complaints are brought to Xbox's attention - create a new free account. The mods/hackers all have gamer scores around 200-800. 343 does not act with video evidence nor feedback either. This is the only platform available for appeals.
