Halo Infinite multiplayer technical preview redeem problems

I've been chosen to participate in the upcoming Halo Infinite multiplayer technical preview for this weekend September 23-26, I received the email September 20, And am trying to redeem the code for steam the 23 of September, but when I try to redeem the code I was given on Halo Waypoint, steam says that I'm using a Duplicate Product Code, and that the code I've entered has already been activated by another account. I have not used the code once, on this account or another, I was given the code a while ago, sadly I was not emailed about this. Is there a way I could possibly get another code to redeem on steam, so I may participate in the flight?

Turns out, I was invited to MCC season 8 flighting, that was the code I was talking about, I found my current code on the flight page, going into game support did make me take a second look, thanks, I wouldn't of seen it otherwise.

On a console my Xbox one s I try to play the co-op insider but it keeps giving me the code for some reason I’ve done mostly everything to get it to work I’ve had the halo Infinite Insider from the multiplayer preview I’ve uninstalled the insider hub and the halo Infinite preview but I can’t find it and the halo Infinite insider keeps giving me the same code each time each time hopefully that made sense to you.
