Halo Infinite insider code 0x87e50031

I keep getting this code when I try to open halo Infinite insider I’ve uninstalled the app and restarted my Xbox and deleted the app I’ve already have the halo insider from the mp preview a while back and when i go into the insider hub I don’t see the new halo insider I’m not sure if I have the right insider to be able to play co-op I’ve tried to restart my Xbox to get the updated from what others say and it hasn’t updated it my halo insider it is only at 200mb instead of the 50GB I’ve tired mostly everything I could think of to get it to update but it isn’t.

Did you receive it?

Probably if you was not notified yet, that’s the reason about the inability to install the new preview

1 yes I am already in the program and have a account made

2 yes I have the game

3 I have opt in since the Multiplayer but can not find it .

I had joined on my series X, on my Series S I had to join again through the insider app, reboot, update, then it worke.d

Where are you trying to play the preview? On Xbox consoles or PC?
If it’s on console, which one do you have?
If it’s in PC, are you on windows 11 or 10?

And please briefly describe which troubleshooting steps you have done so far
