Halo Infinite Error code: (0x80070102)

1. How long have you been getting this error code?
   
2. Did you get same error code on other games?
   
3. May we ask if your PC have antivirus, antimalware, VPN, firewall, proxy and PC Optimizer installed?
   
4. Is the account you use to sign into Microsoft Store and Xbox app are the same account stored in PC Settings > Accounts > Emails & Accounts.
   
5. May we ask for the Windows version and edition of your computer or laptop? Please type WINVER into the Windows search bar and hit Enter.

oh well thanx for trying Derek , I did all the steps again rebooted the machine ran xbox and started halo infinite only to get this same darn Error code: (0x80070102)

now that I accidentally loaded the free version ( multiplayer ) I know halo infinite works perfect on my machine and my windows. So I still think this is some advanced form of copyright protection or just a crappy written program that works for most but not all .

it was installed on C: originally , I already had a partition on that disk with nothing on it and its ntfs. I dont have windows 11. After installing the game to the partition the result was the same Error code: (0x80070102)

so why does halo infinite work great from the steam installation but wont even load on the windows installation?

Thank you for your answer.

The first link applies to Xbox One Series X and I'm PC.

The second link does develop a bit more on what I can do, I have gaming services installed and all windows xbox services enabled, I have the same account in the xbox app and MS store, time is synced automatically. I will check my router and see if there's something that my firewall is stopping when attempting to install the game but I have tried the solutions in the above links plus:

Along with several videos on youtube all suggesting the same things the above link is suggesting.
