Halo Infinite Console Status

Purchased a Halo infinite bundle from MS on 12/21 through invite link. Received shipping notification for 12/24 delivery via UPS. Controller came on 12/24 but no console. In my MS account it shows in transit with past delivery date of 12/27. UPS tracking # shows "label created but UPS does not have the package" Contacted CS who have me a case number and sent to their "escalation team" Anyone else go through this? Any idea what this means? Haven't heard anything from a manager in 2 days and it's impossible to talk to anyone other than a CSR.

I'm sorry about that. They're the only ones with jurisdiction on cases like this.
