I tried to get the game with my two accounts on different devices and I couldn't, I believe it's some bug with the game in the store. I was only able to install the game because of the Game Pass. I recommend contacting the Halo team to report the bug with the game to the store so they can fix it as soon as possible.

Clean your console's MAC, restart your internet devices and try to install the content through the library or store.

To clean the MAC follow this path
Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address and click clear and restart the console when prompted.

Open the Xbox Guide by pressing the guide button on the controller and select

Settings.

Select Network Settings.

Select Advanced Settings.

Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address.

Select Clear.

Allow the console to restart when prompted.

I’m still getting the same problem with different codes. I’m starting to wonder if Microsoft expects us to have Game Pass for this open beta on Halo Infinite. 343 industries says it’s free to play and nothing is required. I don’t have Game Pass but I pay for Gold on my profile.
