    HALO Fall of Reach...how do we watch this? Redeemed code, can not find.


    This is the most confusing thing ever. We used the code from the Xbox One HALO special edition to redeem FoR...and there is no way to watch any video files stored on the hard drive? Media Player does streaming from PC..I read something about having to transfer
    it to a computer or flash drive to play. We downloaded the incredibly tedious HALO app and it keeps looping ads to buy other things.

    THIS IS SO BEYOND FRUSTRATING, Can we not just play a video?

    How do I redeem a code on Xbox one without kinect?

    Stupid question I know but I can't find the option to manually redeem a code, any ideas from those that have theirs already?

    You need to download the app "Halo Channel" and you should be able to watch it through there.

    Not recieving code after switching digital copy for physical copy of Halo 5 Limited Edition

    Hey August,

    The animated series was not a code that was sent out to customers who traded their Halo 5 digital codes to receive the disc, nor do we have access to additional Halo: The Fall of Reach Animated Series codes to provide. Since the Halo 5: Guardians
    Limited Collector’s Edition Disc Exchange Program ended November 1, 2015;
    we are unfortunately unable to further assist with this program.

    Sincere apologies for any frustration this may have caused.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are trying to redeem a code. Some code purchases, need to be redeemed on a different site. For example, Minecraft had a code you could purchase that you redeemed on Minecraft.net and it then gave you
    a 25 digit code to redeem on the Xbox account. First question how long is the code you are trying to redeem? Please do not post the code here. Also, since you lost the receipt, this would of had the instructions on it to redeem if was a different site.
