    Halo Campaign Constantly Crashing on PC


    Brand new Dell Alienware Aurora R10 Gaming PCAMD Ryzen 7 5800X 3.8GHz Processor; NVIDIA RTX 3070 8GB GDDR6; 32GB DDR4-3400 RAM; 1TB SSD right out of the box, even reimaged the iOS just to be sure. All drivers up to date, repaired/reset xbox and gaming companion apps, uninstalled high texture DLC, disabled fullscreen optimization, overwritten high DPI scaling. No background apps running.

    Still crashes so bad it bricks my computer and shuts the entire thing down every 15 mins. This issue seems to be pretty extensively documented, I'm honestly stunned this is still going on months after release.

    Hello,

    The Halo Support team and teams at 343 want to be able to have visibility on the issues that exist in their game thus that is why I am redirecting. I understand that it makes it seem like I am simply brushing you off however, the teams at 343 want to be able to hear and help their community and fans. As Xbox employee we are aware of what we can and cannot fix. Since the issue is within the game, the developers would be able to better know and understand the issue and find a solution. If the problem is with the Xbox itself, or your Windows PC I am always happy to take the time to troubleshoot or even escalate your issue to the correct team so we can find a solution there.

    Apologies if it seems like I am brushing you or the OP off, but it is not my intention.
